19ft Cutter Design #163

Instructor Pat Mahon provides the following description of the boat and its construction:.
Paul Gartside has designed several of these Falmouth inspired sail boats, this latest one is the smallest of the series yet has the looks of a much bigger boat. The traditional construction features an all White Oak backbone with White Cedar planking on bent oak frames. The large open cockpit will be a great place for some serious daysailing or open boat cruising. The deck is plywood with an epoxy/glass overlay. Spars are solid Sitka Spruce with custom Stainless Steel hardware and rigging.
